Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before downloading, installing, or using our slideshow maker software (“Software”) or accessing and using our online slideshow maker (“Online Service,” “Service”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Software or Online Service (collectively, the “Products”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept these Terms, you may not access or use our Products.

2. License

2.1 Desktop Slideshow Maker Software

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software on your devices for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and any subscription plan you select.

2.2 Online Slideshow Maker

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Online Service through your web browser for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Accounts

To access certain features of the Products, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and must keep your information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 4. Subscription Cancellation

If you have purchased a paid subscription to the Software or Online Service, you may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings or by contacting support.

After cancellation, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle, but your subscription will not renew and you will not incur additional charges.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds for paid subscriptions are governed by our Refund Policy as described on the website.

6. Copyright

All content, design, graphics, icons, software and online tool included in the Software and Online Service are the intellectual property of ICECREAM APPS and its licensors, protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited.

You retain the copyright to any multimedia slideshow or media content (“User Content”) you create, upload, or process using our Products.

7. Proprietary Notice

The Software, Online Service, and all related materials — including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights — are and shall remain the exclusive property of ICECREAM APPS. You agree not to:

  • Remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices on the Software, Online Service, or related materials.
  • Use ICECREAM APPS’s names, trademarks, logos, or proprietary information without prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ICECREAM APPS.

8. Intellectual Property

Except for your User Content, all rights, title, and interest in the Software, Online Service, website, documentation, and content are owned by ICECREAM APPS. You receive no ownership rights under these Terms beyond the limited licenses described.

9. Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your activity and use of the Software and Online Service. You agree:

  • To use the Products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
  • Not to violate the rights of others, including privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights;
  • Not to use or upload content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes upon third-party rights;
  • Not to use the Products to distribute malicious software or engage in unauthorized access.

10. Files Uploaded

When you use the Online Service to create, upload, or process files (including images and audio), you affirm you have all necessary rights, approvals, or licenses. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the uploaded files.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded files. We may remove files that violate these Terms or at our discretion. Uploaded files may be stored temporarily for Service processing and delivery; we do not guarantee long-term availability or preservation of files.

11. User Content

You are solely responsible for any User Content (including videos, images, audio, or other media) that you create, upload, or process using our Products. By submitting or storing User Content using the Online Service, you grant ICECREAM APPS a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership over your User Content.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information while using our Software and Online Service.

13. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software or Online Service;

Upon termination, you must stop using all Products, uninstall the Software, and delete all copies in your possession.

THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ICECREAM APPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ICECREAM APPS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS.

18. Third-Party Services

The Products may integrate with or link to third-party websites or services. ICECREAM APPS is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party services.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. By continuing to use our Products after any changes, you accept the revised Terms.
